The Executioner was an AI that appeared in the 'Asylum' setting of Drake's machine.
He wore a mask and clothes covered in blood. He carried a large executioner's axe, which he dragged along the ground behind him, and had nails protruding from his back and the back of his skull.

When Hailey appeared in the asylum, she walked a short distance and encountered The Executioner. Despite its strength, she was able to defeat it. (Disruptive Selection)

- The Executioner is the only AI encountered in either machine that is not based off a preexisting fictional character or Darwin's Soldiers character. The only other possible exception is Soundwave who was never explicitly stated as being based off of Transformer's Soundwave, despite sharing a similar appearance and voice.
