Santa Camila is a sleepy fishing town on the Spanish coastline. Rudyard Shelton studied abroad here during his penultimate quarter at ETH Zürich.
The town contained windmills, an abandoned water wheel, a bank, a general store, a church and other shops, but there were no museums, parks, statues, or other typical tourist attractions. (Ask the Characters, The Approaching Light)
Trivia[]
- Santa Camila first appears in the non-canon short story The Approaching Light, but several of its elements regarding Shelton's backstory was canonized in Ask the Characters.
