Kerzach Mansion was the home to Dr. Yuri Kerzach, Alexandra Kerzach, and their son Malte Kerzach. It was built or purchased sometime after 2009.
In 2033 on her birthday, Alexandra died in her bedroom while meeting with her son. Her parting gift to him was a passcard and a switchblade that belonged to his father, along with advice to seek out Mitchell Crota and Carson City Camp. ("CS:Pilot")
Later, Malte accosted his father and was given Shelton's notes for his troubles. These helped him solve the bridge mystery. ("CS:The Meaning of Love")
