John Volkowitz was a scientist at Pelvanida and a member of the Anti-Dragonstorm Alliance.

Volkowitz went with James' team on the car chase to stop Lab 101 from escaping. However, he and Dr. Klaus Ostermann arrived too late, and trailed behind them in Ostermann's car.
They reached James' team's vehicles, but their car was destroyed by a salvo from one of the pursuing helicopters. (Survival of the Fittest)
