A gigawatt class fusion reactor powered Pelvanida. During Operation Exodus it was wired to become an incredibly powerful fusion bomb set to go off exactly one hour after Ian Branston pressed a button on the fleeing Lab 101. He intended to press it once the convoy was safely away from Pelvanida, but was distracted when someone found Keegan O'Neil unconscious in the bathroom. While he was away, Rudyard Shelton and Yuri Kerzach reset the bomb timer to 9 hours 59 minutes, giving James' team time to reach Pelvanida and turn the bomb off. (Survival of the Fittest)
