The fat woman was one of two individuals (along with the hairy man) who was being displayed on stage during an act of a freak show that James' team witnessed in Gaman. The woman was attempting to fit her pudgy fingers through a small hole to reach a piece of bread.
After their act, Snow and Neku were brought onstage. They were never seen again, but if they were not already dead they certainly perished when Gaman was destroyed (Card of Ten).
