Broughton was the terrorist commander's assistant during the terrorists' invasion of Pelvanida.
Character history[]
He followed the terrorist commander to auxiliary control when Carl Carstairs contacted him, in an attempt to retrieve Lockdown. However, James' team attacked in an attempt to rescue Rudyard Shelton, and Broughton was killed like everybody else. (Darwin's Soldiers)
